What is Elementless (Swirl-clone)?
Twist-Clone is a Device for Solid liquid separation Using the Liquid Flow and the Centrifugal force converted to Swirling Action. Having No Moving Parts, No Maintenance & No Element to clog. Swirl-clone doesn't need any manpower or- time to change choked filter elements.
Twist-Clone is designed on the basis of density difference phenomena. The difference of density ratio between Liquid & Solid must be 1:2 for effective performance & Results. Liquid is allowed to enter tangentially in Zone A (HIGH TWIST ZONE). Due to high velocity of liquid it creates Very high circulating which throws the solids towards wall and bringing clear liquid towards centre.
Solids falls in the ZONE B which is longitudinal zone for more Separation pushing the solids towards the drain cup ZONE C which is eye glass.
Using Timer facility for Automation the collected solids in the drain Cup eye glass can be collected in the bottom ZONE D which is solid collection zone, FILTER BAG in a BARREL or similar arrangements with Drain PIT that can be planned for periodical collection of solids Centre Outlet pipe is adjustable to achieve Optimisation in Filtration efficiency.
Swirl clone can reach filtration efficiency upto 5Ã‚µm based on density Difference & viscosity of the liquid being filtered. However this device is not an absolute filter device hence the filteration efficiency can be 95-98 %.
